I can't speak highly enough of USA Hail & Dent. Their team goes above and beyond to support my needs. For example, when the insurance company wanted me to take pictures of the damage done to my new truck with baseball-sized hail, they took the truck back to their shop under Florence light and took the pictures so the insurance company couldn't lowball me on estimate. They contacted the rental car place before picking my truck up and ensured I got a comparable vehicle ready before the exchange.
I would receive a call every few days with of progress even though it took insurance two-half weeks to approve the estimate. Their commitment to customer service and their wellness set them apart. I'm credibly grateful for their exceptional service. They made this FIX easy and my Truck looks better than it did when I purchased new.
